What is

Adults Gymnastics ?

Adult gymnastics, unlike gymnastics that starts at a young age, is a physical activity that can be done by adults of all ages. These programs focus on improving flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination, tailored to the individual's age and physical level. In adult gymnastics, basic movements, floor exercises, stretching, and even some apparatus work (such as rings or pull-up bars) can be performed.

Gymnastics for adults not only improves physical health but also enhances mental flexibility, discipline, and self-confidence. Participants have fun while working their bodies in different ways, contributing to their daily lives. It’s also possible to learn at your own pace without the pressure of age-related performance concerns.

In summary, adult gymnastics offers a fun and effective way to stay in shape and acquire new skills.

Participants first learn the basic jump and rotation movements safely and understand how to maintain the correct position in the air.
