Unlike traditional workouts that isolate muscles or focus on aesthetics alone, Strong By Gymnastics is a bodyweight-based system that trains the body as a single, connected unit. Each session blends strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and coordination in a natural flow, allowing the body to move the way it was originally designed to move.
