The Handstand class is designed for those who want to learn and improve the handstand (balancing on hands) movement in gymnastics. In this class, participants work on balance, strength, and body control to be able to perform the handstand position correctly and with professional gymnastics techniques.

As a former national gymnast and professional coach, I will teach you the fundamental positions and exercises that strengthen the arm and shoulder muscles to ensure students transition safely into the handstand. Additionally, the class focuses on body alignment and balance techniques, aiming to achieve stability during the handstand.
